This decadent treat uses frozen bananas instead of other high fat options, so you won’t miss out on the creaminess that you love in ice cream!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 TBSP cocoa powder (at least 60% cocoa, no sugar added)
- 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond, soy, or skim milk
Directions:
- Cut banana into think slices, and freeze for several hours. (Hint: every so often, shake the container to prevent the bananas from freezing together.)
- Add all ingredients to food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
