Stephen A. Smith told some of the best things about Lebron James in the episode of First Take yesterday. He accused the Lakers star of lying.
After a season-high 34 points against Buck, James went on to be a post-game presser in high spirits. But when asked how he felt about beating the man who beat him for last season’s MVP award, James was guarded:
“I think all of you guys know me, it’s never about the individual, it’s all about the success of the team. That’s what matters. I could care less about that (to Giannis) Removed). I try to play well and help our team win against any team. ”

He was not the only circus-Lakers star in interviews. Anthony Davis, who allegedly accused media members of robbing DPOY of last season, slept as well: “This is the defense of the team. This is not just a boy sitting on the ball.
Stephen A. Smith called LeCron James a liar over Buck’s statements of victory over Lakers
Stephen A. went after James’ episode yesterday morning of First Take’s First Humble:
“I think LeBron stood in front of the cameras last night and lied to the American public, and whoever was listening. But I’m not beating him up for that. Listen to me, LeBron wouldn’t be that great. As much as if he thinks that was the result for the team. ”
“When LeBron sits there and goes for a layoff and gets one-on-one and flexes his muscles, is it about the team? When he sits there and scoffs at someone and crowds on Shouts, so is it about the team? Nobody accuses the team of caring more about their personal accolades than the team. No, he’s proven that he’s unselfish at that level. ”
