Philip Morris International has a strong relationship with Ferrari. Earlier, we featured our Malboro brand on Ferrari F1 cars. Recently, we saw that Mission Vinz got branded on red animals. This was not the case last season though, as none of the branding of PMI was visible in the SF 1000. It can be designed to change Reports Suggesting that the Mission Vichno branding could make a comeback in cars driven by Charles Lecler and Carlos Sainz.

The controversy revolves around PMI, which is advertising surrogates to promote its cigarette business. On similar lines, McLaren has a partnership with British American Tobacco. Tomasso de Giovanni, the company’s vice president for internal communications, had to say Racefan:
“Decisions about our approach to single events or races are based on a number of factors, including the environmental regulations in place and race in the country. We will announce the specific race in the next season’s plan and schedule. “
“Mission Winnoun is not to promote any product or brand. Mission Winnow is an initiative to encourage dialogue around positive change; Our own and others. Through Mission Winnow, we want to tell the world how we have changed; Continue to share our pride and work for the change that the people of PMI have achieved. “
