It has already been a great weekend for WWE, but there is still much more to come with Survivor Series on Sunday night. There is already a very stacked card for payment by the vision that will have the three main brands on the list fighting for supremacy, but now, there is even more. A couple of new games were added to the card on Sunday afternoon and one of them is a real three-brand battle that takes place at the Kickoff Show.
This is one of the events that fans have been waiting for, as it is the first year that NXT participates in the Survivor Series. The best of the yellow mark will face the best of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown to determine who can stand out above all others in WWE.
There are titles at play and other games that face some of the best superstars of each brand, but WWE wanted to give more. The official WWE website reported that there will be a great real battle at the Kickoff Show with three-star superstars.
It is not entirely clear who will be involved in the Royal Battle and Wrestling Inc. even reports that it is only a competition “of a kind”. With the Kickoff Show starting a few hours before the actual event, there may be a couple of battle royals if WWE wanted them.
Two other competitions are also planned for the Kickoff Show and one is brand new with a few high-flying superstars going to battle. WWE NXT Cruiserweight champion Lio Rush enters the ring to face Kalisto and Akira Tozawa.
WWE has also announced that one of the already announced games will take place at the Kickoff Show tonight. Raw Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders will compete against SmackDown Tag Team The New Day and NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed Era in an untitled match.
